Michael has spent over 20 years in people management, technology delivery, software development, DevOps, digital transformation and electronics engineering. An entrepreneur from an early age, began in audio electronics product development with two products launched in the 1990s, and an enterprise software solution sold in 2009.

Michael is working on the ‘opportunity and referral’ project, Canlead, to address the challenges in the Human Resource, Recruitment and the wider industry using Blockchain, Canlead Tokens and Artificial Intelligence which he believes are required to power the next Sharing Economy 2.0 and the 4th Industrial Revolution.
